 Hi, I’m Amanda — the heart behind LSE Planning & Design.

For over 16 years, I’ve had the privilege of working in the wedding industry, helping more than 1,000 couples bring their vision to life through beautiful floral design and more recently, event planning and coordination. 

My journey began long before launching my own company. Early in my career, I worked as a banquet hall manager, where I gained invaluable experience overseeing weddings and large-scale events from the venue side. That experience gave me a deep understanding of how every detail behind the scenes comes together to create a seamless celebration.

I also hold a degree in Hospitality Management, which provided the foundation for my passion for service, organization, and exceptional guest experiences.

Known for being highly detail-oriented and organized, I naturally transitioned into wedding planning to help couples bring their full vision to life. My background in floral design gives me a unique advantage—I understand both the creative and logistical sides of weddings, allowing me to guide couples through the planning process with confidence and clarity.

My goal is simple: to make wedding planning enjoyable, stress-free, and beautifully executed, so couples can focus on celebrating their love while I handle the details.
